Privacy Policy

Plain language about what this site collects — which is very little — and how it’s handled.

Last updated: September 1, 2026

The short version

This site collects personal information in one place only: the contact form. There are no cookies, no analytics, no trackers, and no accounts. We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we receive what you type: your name, email address, the kind of conversation you selected, your message, and your consent. That’s it. Simply browsing the site collects nothing from you directly.

How it’s processed

The site is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf and, like most hosts, keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and operations. Netlify’s own privacy policy governs its processing. Submissions are read by a real person at Breaking Norms.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you and, if we work together, to stay in touch about that work. We don’t add you to a mailing list without asking, and we don’t share your information with third parties except the hosting described above or where the law requires it.

Your choices

Want a copy of what we hold about you, or want it corrected or deleted? Email info@breakingnorms.com and we’ll take care of it.

Children

This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
